Rush River beer had recently undergone a rebrand and was looking to add seasonal “mixers” to their product lineup. I designed Summer and Winter mixers to reflect the brands vintage/modern aesthetic, incorporating the season-appropriate colors into a plaid pattern. The result is an award-winning, eye-catching best seller, sold out within weeks of production.
A couple years later, Rush River decided to shift to a year round mixer. I kept the well-liked plaid, but adjusted the colors to reflect the new variety of brews.
In addition to packaging, I designed truck graphics, posters, icons and marketing materials. Several years later, the brand still holds its own in the super saturated craft beer market.
